Directions:
Can be used daily. Shampoo rinse, repeat! Then follow up with your favourite conditioner. You will find your hair easier to style and may require less smoothing products at the styling stage. It may take a few washes for stubborn, long term buildup to be removed.

I would like to comment on the overall standard of Nothing but the Truth products....by chance saw a review on Face Book and thought I liked the fact the company was Australian and used natural ingredients.Since my first ever order of the samples I absolutely loved the products.....the swimmers shampoo is one of my favorites...I use it after every time I swim...I love swimming I use a cap and my hair stays reasonably dry...I love the rosemary and mandarin.....I have come to a stage in my life that I do want to color my hair...so my routine is Truth Pure Aquatic Shampoo on my swimming days and my normal shampoo ither days....I also love how our orders are packaged and we can reuse the wrapping inside....I will keep using the products and would recommend them to my family and friends

My new favourite product. I like a fuss free regime and a product that won't upset the environment. We have one in the caravan that suits our grey water system and one at home that doesn't upset our septic. I love the way it makes hair smell and feel, and I love that I don't have to wash my hair as often. I also notice that my straightener doesn't have that chemical burning smell anymore.
