A blend of essential oils that has evidence of being anti-microbial and immune boosting.

We use this regularly during flu season in my diffuser and whenever we are feeling run down. Using the steam bath really helps to clear the airways and give some relief when I am feeling congested. Ways to use this blend:

1. Put 5-10 drops in an oil burner or essential oil diffuser.

2. Use in in a steam bath. Put approximately 3-5 drop in a litre of boiled water, put towel over you head and breath in the vapours. WARNING. Caution must be used not to burn yourself with the hot water. Do not allow children to do this unsupervised and make sure water has cooled enough as not to burn.

3. Put 2-3 drops in an essential oil locket. Limited amount of these available for$25.

4. Make your own surface spray with the following recipe. Ingredients¼ cup white vinegar1 ¾ cups water30 drops of my essential blend.Instructions Add all ingredients to 250ml spray bottle.Shake thoroughly. Spritz on surfaces and wipe clean.
